How Do I Pay?

We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards and paypal.

Please follow the instructions once you have placed your items in the basket. 

What Are Your Delivery Charges?

Shoes, Sandals, Trainers & Handbags £3.00 (£5.00 International)

Boots £5.00 (£8 International)

Safety Footwear £6.00 (£9.00 International)

Postage discounts apply if you are ordering more than one pair.

Standard Delivery?

Delivery can take between 3-5 working days. 

Next Day Delivery?

Orders must be placed by 12noon for a next day delivery. 

There is a charge of £2.00 on top of the delivery charge.

Unfortunately we do not offer a Saturday delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday we will deliver on a Monday.

Shoes in Two Ticks regrets that we cannot offer next day delivery to our International customers.

Out of Stock?

Occasionally an item may be out of stock even though the website has not indicated this. This could, for example, be due to two similar orders being processed at the same time.  If this occurs we will contact you straight away.  You can then decide whether to amend your order and choose another style or accept a refund.

What If I Want To Return Something?

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you encounter any problems please email us at info@shoesintwoticks.co.uk and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that  if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the item with the shoe box in a re-saleable condition within 10 days.  The goods must be in an unworn condition. Returned goods found to be damaged, marked, soiled or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. 

On receipt we will either exchange the product, or refund your money in full.  However we do not refund any postage costs incurred with delivery.

When a return is made, the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back safely with us.  On this note, we advise customers who wish to return goods to use the Royal mails "recorded delivery" service at their local Post Office, so that your item can be tracked.

Unfortunately Shoes In Two Ticks are not responsible for any return postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
